Where do you ship?

We ship to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark and Austria. 

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free delivery for orders above €75 in The Netherlands. For orders below €75 the delivery costs are €4.95. 

We also offer free delivery for orders over €120 in Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark and Austria. For orders below €120 the delivery costs are €9.95.

Can I also pick up my order in your store?

If you live in the surroundings of The Hague you can pick up (and return) your order in our store for free. You'll receive a email notification when your order is ready for pick up.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order within 1-5 working days. While we do our best to ship each item as quickly as possible, as we are a small shop we cannot always offer next day delivery, we hope  you understand. You'll receive email notifications and track & trace of your order.

What is your return policy?

Returns in our store are always free. Please return the item within 14 days after receiving them.

If you live further away, you can return you item within 14 days after you have received them. Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs of your return.  Return the item to the following address:
