Sell your preloved items with us

Our brand started from the idea that shopping preloved items for your kids could be so much easier than endlessly scrolling online marketplaces. Selling your items can also be a hassle, so let us make it easier for you:

What do you accept?

• We accept children's clothing size 50-140 and shoes up to size 36.
• We accept premium brands, we do not accept H&M, Hema, Zeeman, Primark, Next or Lindex. We do accept Zara. When in doubt send us an instagram message or email. See below for brands we love.
• The clothing needs to be washed and (almost) free of stains and shoes need to be cleaned thoroughly. 
• In the store we also accept balance bikes, scooters (steps), and baby carriers like Artipoppe or Wildride.

How do I hand in my items?

Send us a message on instagram or hello@vspreloved.com to request a free shipping label. We can provide shipping labels for most EU countries.

If you happen to live close to our V's Preloved brand store in The Hague, simply drop your items during opening hours.

How much will I earn?

You will receive 50% of the selling price for items that sell above above €30, 40% for items between €10-€30 and 30% if the selling price is below €10. You can follow the sale in your account. Your amount will be added to your account balance with a 10% bonus to shop in our online or brand store. if you prefer for it to be transferred to your bank account send us an email.

What happens to items you cannot accept or that have not sold?

We understand it can be disappointing when we cannot accept an item. While we would love to give every item a second life, simply "good enough for another round" is not a guarantee that we can sell it. We accept items based on our experience and is a combination of demand, color, style, size, etc. Due to the labor intensive process we have to be selective. We hope you understand.

If we cannot accept an item or when the items has been displayed a reasonable time in our online or physical shop and not sold we will contact you by email. You will have the option to pick them up yourself, donate the item or have it send back to you by mail for a fee.

Brands we love are: Mini Rodini, Tiny Cottons, Bobo Choses, Gray Label, Engel,  Liewood, Donsje Amsterdam, Maed for Mini, The Animal Observatory, +1 in the Family, Stella Mccartney Kids, Sissy Boy kids, Levi's, Patagonia, Feetje, Repose Ams, Sproet & Sprout, OshKosh.

For shoes we love: Vans, Aigle, Bergstein, En Fant, Converse, Ugg, Bootstock, Veja.

For balance bikes and scooters (steps) we love: Micro, Veloretti and Wishbone.

For baby carriers we love Artipoppe and Wildride.

Terms & Conditions

By handing in items you accept the following conditions:

• We assume you have taken note of all of the above.
• V's decides the sales price and has the right to lower or increase the price.
  
• We take good care of your items but are not liable in case of theft, missing items or damage (incl. water or fire damage).
